Bok Choy, or as us Jamaicans call it “Pap Chow”. It is a type of Chinese Cabbage. It doesn’t actually form a head like regular cabbage, but rather it forms green leaves with white bulbs at the bottom of the leaves. This year I have ended up with a surplus of seeds, because I wasn’t able to eat all the cabbage leaves before they got old. So I have a bunch of seeds available for sales. Its really yummy in stir fries, most Chinese restaurants cook it lightly with a sprinkle of soy sauce.
